Cancellation and refunds

Nexlumiq is operated by Jack Dyer, trading under the Nexlumiq brand, in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Nexlumiq is not an incorporated company.

No real charge is currently enabled. Sandbox subscriptions use test funds only.

Monthly renewal and cancellation

The launch subscription is £29/month for one Webflow website. Cancel in your workspace's Manage subscription / cancel portal before renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will not receive new renewal charges after cancellation takes effect. Cancelling does not automatically undo website edits. Deleting a workspace does not cancel a subscription.

Refund requests

For live purchases once enabled, contact support@nexlumiq.com or Paddle at paddle.net with your transaction reference and the issue. Never include card details. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms apply to its checkout, including applicable withdrawal rights. We do not impose a blanket no-refunds policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

A cancellation is not itself a refund request. Refund eligibility, timing and the effect on service access are reviewed for the particular purchase under those terms and applicable law. Ask us about an unsupported site or material failure before starting another payment.
