Terms of service

Nexlumiq is operated by Jack Dyer, trading under the Nexlumiq brand, in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Nexlumiq is not an incorporated company.

Updated 4 October 2026. Public information and the free scanner are available. Saved workspaces and payment remain restricted to approved pilot accounts. Sandbox transactions do not purchase a real service. The £29 service described here will begin only when live checkout is explicitly enabled.

Service and suitability

Nexlumiq inspects a limited sample of public HTML and prepares evidence-based suggestions. The paid launch scope is one Webflow website, supported static-page SEO titles and descriptions, approval, authorised application, verification, change history and restoration. Read scope and exclusions before buying. Check that your site and account permissions support the service. Ordinary ChatGPT sign-in is required for a saved customer workspace; no access to the operator's ChatGPT account is provided.

Your authority and approval

You must have permission to connect and edit the website. Review proposed wording for factual accuracy and legal compliance. Every change requires approval of its exact wording. Editing a proposal removes its approval. OAuth grants access to the selected Webflow site; it does not approve every possible change. Never provide your website password. Do not submit confidential personal information or use scans to bypass restrictions or access private networks.

Application, publication and restoration

We preserve the original supported value before an update. You review and publish in Webflow, then request public verification. Publication may include other pending drafts: review Webflow's summary first. An unavailable page or uncertain API result is not reported as success. Conflicting external edits stop automatic overwrites. Restoration also requires publication and verification; it is not a backup of your whole website. Keep your own site backup. History and restoration remain available when paid entitlement ends while your account and connection remain available.

Subscription and access

At live launch, £29/month in GBP includes applicable transaction tax and renews monthly until cancelled. Paddle will be the merchant of record for checkout and billing, subject to seller approval and Paddle's buyer terms. Cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal to prevent that charge. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Past-due, paused, cancelled or expired entitlement blocks new paid changes; resuming requires current provider confirmation. Approved full refunds or disputes may place new changes on hold for support review. Deleting a workspace does not cancel billing.

Expectations and support

We do not guarantee recommendations by an AI provider, indexing, rankings, traffic, sales or uninterrupted third-party services. Scores and findings are Nexlumiq diagnostics, not official AI-provider metrics. We may restrict abusive use or suspend unsafe operations. If a material service problem occurs, contact us so we can investigate, restore supported changes or consider an appropriate refund. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
